Monday Motivation August 15, 2011 Manage Your Energy First, Your Time Second |

Were you one of those people who got up this morning at the same time as everyone else in your house? Did you rush around and hassle with everyone else for bathrooms, ironing boards, space in the kitchen, access to the toaster? Or didn't you even get time for breakfast? Maybe you are now at your desk with the take-away coffee, glad of the opportunity to relax. Are you already wondering how you are going to get through the day, let alone the week, and Monday has barely begun? OR Are you one of those people who gets up 1-2 hours before everyone else? Do you have a routine or ritual every morning that shapes your life, gives it meaning - but most importantly, energises your whole day? Do you take advantage of the quiet house to meditate and focus yourself for the new day? Are you one of those people who then exercises, not just to keep physically fit, but also to energise your whole self for the day? Because you do all these things are you then able to shower and dress in peace because no one else is yet up? Is having a healthy low GI breakfast important to you, one that sustains your energy until lunch time? Is this how you start your day? Which person are you? If not, change today and become that person. High energy people are successful people. When You Manage Your Energy, You Have Time For Everything You You Want To Do And You Do It With Ease.
